The house was built in 1958, at the edge of the rio della Sensa. On the ground floor, a large living room and a kitchen open onto beautiful planted courtyard, as well as a bedroom with its shower room.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and on the second floor, a large terrace.

We bought this house in September 2014 and the restoration work was completed in September 2015.

Although we loved Dorsoduro, we left this neighborhood with no regret, as it became too touristy.

Cannaregio, on the contrary, is still venetian, with real bars, lots of restaurants, and all the shops a few steps away. It’s a little further from Piazza San Marco, but you probably already know it.
