Rates are charges and taxes included, except laundry to be paid directly (in cash) to the housekeeper (€17.50 per occupant for laundry) and local tourism tax levied by the city (2023 rate : €20 per occupant, except for youth aged 10 to 16, discounted 50% in January). Linens are provided.

Because we only want to rent this house to friends and friends of friends (because we want to find it in good condition), it is with pleasure that we will extend a 15% discount for referrals.

Rentals are Sunday 1:00 PM to Sunday 9:30 AM. For guests arriving on Sunday morning or departing Sunday evening, luggage can be left on location while cleaning is going on.

Payment is requested by wire transfer (1/3 at booking, 2/3 and city tax one month before departure).
