Prices are inclusive of charges and taxes, except for the tourist tax collected for the city (2024 price: €20 per occupant except for young people aged 10 to 16 and in January -50%) and laundry to be paid directly ( in cash) to the cleaning lady (€17.50 per occupant for washing clothes). Linen is provided.

Because we only want to rent this house to friends and friends of friends (because we want to find it in good condition), it is with pleasure that we will extend a 15% discount for referrals.

Rentals are Sunday 1:00 PM to Sunday 9:30 AM. For guests arriving on Sunday morning or departing Sunday evening, luggage can be left on location while cleaning is going on.

Payment is requested by wire transfer (1/3 at booking, 2/3 and city tax one month before departure).
